Richard "Dick" A. Hudzik was a friend and business partner of the author for several years. They made quite a few trips together and have many wonderful memories. Some of them are highlighted in this book.

Jürgen Mann, born in Sondershausen/Thuringia, escaped in 1961 from East- to West-Germany and worked many years in the international business environment. In 1993, he applied for a position within the Autosplice company group to be the European President. He reported to Dick Hudzik, the best leader he ever worked for.
