Über den Autor

Rainer Krumm is a management trainer, consultant, and coach. He studied business education and strategic management and has advised, trained, and coached international companies, top executives, and teams in over 20 countries. He is considered one of the most experienced international consultants and trainers in the field of corporate culture and change management – based on the developmental psychology of Prof. Clare W. Graves.
He is both founder and managing owner of axiocon GmbH, a management consultancy specializing in organizational and value management, and of the 9 Levels Institute for Value Systems GmbH & Co KG – an institute that develops and distributes the scientifically proven analysis tools for the 9 levels model, which have been tested in practice. The Ravensburg-based institute specializes in the development and distribution of analysis tools for value systems.

Sonja Wittig is managing director of 9 Levels Germany and co-owner of the Institute for Personality. As a trainer, systemic coach, team developer, and consultant with many years of experience in HR management, she supports individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving their goals with values-based interventions and also trains others to use the 9 levels.
