Bill Weimer, a former Navy chaplain, is pastor emeritus of Mariner Sands Chapel, an ecumenical congregation in Stuart, Florida. He has taught course at Georgia State University and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and has led Bible studies on college campuses, at military commands, and for six congregations.

Carol Adeney, formerly an editorial assistant at InterVarsity Press, compiled and edited This Morning with God from study questions written by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship staff and originally published in HIS magazine. Carol now holds a DPhil from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and lives with her husband, John, in Germany.
