Levant plans
Über das eBook
We have a book in our hands that is the result of nearly thirty years spent collecting its material, compiling it, and presenting it in a readable and understandable way that is not satisfied with the old as it is and does not embrace the new without distinction. Its main subject is the plans of the Levant, extending from the Arish of Egypt to the Euphrates, and from the foothills of the Taurus to the farthest desert. The plans are intended only for the civilization of the Levant, its construction, its history, and all aspects of its culture, from civil, social, and political, from before Islam until the twentieth century, so that no country, town, or Blida is left behind. Or a village, or a farm, or a mountain, or a building, or a monument, unless it is talked about or referred to in detail or briefly. In the six volumes, there are facts, beings, anecdotes, salt, news, and minutes distributed that move from one period to another and sometimes try to provide lessons or study the cures and ailments and what they ended up with. Almost a full century has passed since the publication of the first volume, so here we present the book in a new edition and in a Qushaiba version after reviewing and considering it.
