(1) War reveals the weakness of any people, but it also reveals its virtues. (2) In general, a person can achieve more than he thinks himself capable of achieving, but he is not always aware of what he can do. Only events reveal to him his unknown abilities. (3) Mental transformations quickly lead to physical transformations. (4) Transforming the mentality of a people is sometimes more important than increasing armaments. (5) It is always easy to cause a revolution, but to make it last is extremely difficult.
