Modern English Literature

The book "Modern English Literature" includes criticism and analysis of a group of the most prominent English writers of their time. English literature is the literature of life. He criticizes livelihoods and goals and makes them his subject, whether in a story or an article. Therefore, it relates to all types of human activity. Salama Moussa believes in his introduction to the book that it is possible: "We can divide the new, or innovative, English literature into three sections, which are three phases: the phase of the pioneers, then the phase of the innovators, and finally the phase of the revolutionaries." Eliot, James Joyce... and many others. Among the names that the author mentions, along with an explanation of the time and events that she experienced and led her to take a specific path in literature.
