The sun is shining too
Über das eBook
This novel is considered one of the most wonderful novels in the library of American literature, and one of the stories for which Hemingway deserved the Nobel Prize in 1954 AD, and it was one of the first stories he wrote, as it was published for the first time in 1926 AD, at a time when the effects of World War I were still affecting Europe, Its events revolve during the 1920s, around a group of American expatriates and British individuals in continental Europe, and these events represent the eternal conflict between good and evil, and between virtue and vice, as the sun rises on all good and evil, and sets on all good and evil.
It is said that the heroes of this novel are real heroes. Hemingway knew them, lived with them, and communicated with them. It was also said that the journalist Jake Barnes, the hero of the novel, is Hemingway himself. Critics said that the story was drawn from his own experiences, even if he did not disclose this and announce it publicly.
