This is the state of the West?! The situation of the East is no better, as the Sufism method, the method by which religious life developed and grew in its highest form, is now in a state of failure.
Its power has been extinguished, its lights have been hidden, and it has become far from strengthening the psychological life forces of the ordinary man, so as to prepare him to participate in the procession of history. It has turned into a kind of false asceticism that makes its owner completely convinced of his ignorance and spiritual sophistication. This is a great victory achieved by man. In the world of matter, it will remain evil, until a similar victory is added to it in the world of the spirit, and then there is the most wonderful model of the man, the master, the believer, the capable.
The material obstacles have collapsed before the material mind, and our most sacred duty is to open to his heart the spiritual horizons with their lights, radiance, and faith, in order to create man, the successor to the crown of creation.
