Many of the operations carried out by a leader or manager and the administrative activities that accompany them are in fact a series of decisions. And organizational, as any administrative situation represents a problem or an idea that requires making a sound decision regarding the problem with the aim of solving it or regarding the idea with the aim of implementing it.

Not all of the individual's decisions represent the ideal solution, as the individual's ability to choose is limited according to the circumstances of each situation that requires making a decision about it, and according to the volume and type of information available, as well as according to the individual's level of experience and knowledge. It is recognized that some decisions require a manager to exert great effort and time to obtain the best alternatives for a particular problem, and he may not ultimately reach the optimal alternative, as the individual cannot be aware of all the existing alternatives.
