Über das eBook

The book is considered one of the writer's most important works in defense of the relationship between the Islamic religion and civilization, as he sought to shed light on the essence of the main important issues around which it revolves, which, along with other issues of the era of introductions to the Renaissance in modern Arab and Islamic thought, are still on the arena of discussion.
The writer presented Islam as it was revealed, and filtered it out from similar ideas of enemies and orientalists, in a way acceptable to the mind, citing the opinions of major jurists and scholars, and Qur'anic verses, and focusing, since that time, on addressing urgent life issues, such as the issue of women in Islam, translating the meanings of the Qur'an, and others. .
He also made clear his position on the issue of religion and civilization, based on the idea that every advancement that occurs in the world, and every step that minds take towards perfection, is nothing but an approach to Islam, and that Islam opened the door to spiritual advancement and expanded its scope, just as it opened the door to material advancement. It did not forbid useful knowledge, nor did it forbid useful knowledge. It sets limits for science, to prove that Muslims have illuminated humanity with the torches of civilization, established the pillars of justice and humanity in all parts of the globe, and ruled most of its kingdoms with the best types of moderate authority. In short, their state became the state of the entire world, while others were wandering in the valleys of ignorance.
