The author of this book is Abu Al-Faraj Abdul Rahman bin Abi Al-Hasan bin Jaafar. He was the imam of his time in hadith, preaching, and improvising sermons. It has been said: "If you collected the pamphlets that he wrote, calculated the length of his life, and divided the pamphlets among them, each day would be summed up by nine pamphlets."
