The work of its author, Mr. Adel Ahmed Sarkis, has been in the legal profession since he graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1953, during which he practiced many personal status cases. These trends were then confirmed when he was appointed to the Juvenile Prosecution Office, and he noticed from the reality of his work the extent to which juvenile delinquency is linked to status problems. Personality... Perhaps these trends were further confirmed by his practice of working in the Cairo Public Prosecution Office for Personal Status for years before he returned again to work as a lawyer.
