The Myth of Sisyphus

The central theme of The Myth of Sisyphus is to address the problem of suicide, and to solve the problem of murder, without the help of enduring values ​​that are, perhaps temporarily, non-existent or distorted in Europe today.
Albert Camus said: "It is legitimate and necessary to ask whether life has meaning, and so it is legitimate to confront the problem of suicide face to face. The answer, which lies within, and looms through the contradictions that cover it, is this: even if one does not believe in God, suicide is not Project. This book, which I wrote in 1940, during the French and European catastrophes, shows that, even within the confines of nihilism, it is easy to find a way to move beyond nihilism, and I have tried in all the books I have written. I have since become accustomed to following this trend, and although The Myth of Sisyphus deals with mortal problems, this book sums itself up for me as an easy invitation to live and create, even in the middle of the desert.
