Don't be afraid

What is strange about those who complain of mental illnesses is that they are ashamed of themselves and others, so they refrain from consulting specialists in these illnesses, thinking that admitting to them is an indelible shame, so they cover themselves up, forgetting that psychological illnesses, like physical illnesses, are not a reason to be ashamed of them and cover them up. Perhaps they do not know that while they hide what is disturbing their souls and disturbing their lives, people read on their foreheads what is going on in their heads and what is afflicting their souls, and they feel pity or resentment, and then they whisper.
