The idea of ​​​​interesting in buildings, especially palaces, came out after the intensity of the Islamic conquests subsided, and after most of the Arabs had settled down, and this idea did not come into existence until In the days of the third Caliph, Othman bin Affan, wealth began to flow from every direction, and the Arabs began to emerge from their primitiveness and replace their old, simple homes with luxurious palaces.
The palaces and houses of the emirate were adjacent to the mosques of the first Islamic cities in Basra and Kufa, while they occupied the heart or center in the city of Baghdad and the mosques became their neighbors. As for the private palaces, they were often located on the outskirts of the city.
