War and civil

In the past, when things were difficult and relations between war and civil society reached the point of danger, serious efforts were sometimes made at the appropriate time to avoid war and save society from its scourges.
These efforts took one of two paths, not a third. Individuals worked indirectly to refrain from contributing in any way to any war launched by states under any circumstances, which is a kind of denunciation of the law of war.
As for the second plan to achieve peace, it is summed up in making efforts to urge governments and accustom them to participating together in resisting aggression when it occurs, and in trying to remove its causes in advance, as it may seem twisted, and not in the way that heroism is manifested to solve this problem.
