Religion has clear rules in which there is no fraud, twisting, or turning around in its goals, because it aims for the good of people, and politics is the opposite of religion, as it does not always follow clear rules, and does not abstain from the intention of fraud, twisting, and turning, and as such it is of two types: the first type, twisted politics. It intends to benefit one people and harm others, so it permits every means to achieve its goals, and it does not shy away from sin, nor refrain from injustice, and it follows in this its well-known doctrine - the end justifies. As for the second type, it is an honest and just policy that aims to achieve the truth, seeks the good for people, and uses legitimate means to reach its goal, because it seeks the most honorable goals.
