The book deals with the definition of the Silk Road, and recounts its history in detail, as it takes you on a journey between ancient and modern, presenting the story of the ancient Silk Road, and the circumstances of its establishment and cessation, then it takes us to the modern era since Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the Belt and Road Initiative in 2013, and how Countries came together to implement the initiative and support its path.
