Integrated personality

We cannot judge personality traits from external appearance. Rather, we must take an analytical view to know personality traits and dimensions, such as the presence of an inferiority complex or the ability to withstand adversity, etc.
A trait is a relatively stable predisposition to a certain type of behavior, which appears to have an effect in many situations. For example, perseverance is the willingness to continue working despite its difficulty, and control is a willingness and tendency to control and always appear. The trait may change depending on the need for a certain behavior, but this does not negate it from the person. There may be a man who is calm at work and aggressive at home, but this does not negate the aggressive trait from him.
