Creating charisma for children and adolescents

We may notice that people love celebrities or specific people, not only because of their superiority or the beauty of their features and the consistency of their figure, but also because they possess a charm of personality or what is called "charisma," which has raised many questions for many parents, such as: What is "charisma"? Can it be acquired? If the answer is yes...how can their children acquire it?
We answer that in this book, and it is a blessing that can be acquired, and it can be implanted in a person just as morals, academic sciences, and the rules of society are implanted.
We need to develop a culture of leadership, to give children the confidence and skills needed to lead. Character is not something we can teach our children on a piece of paper.. but it is something we can show them over time as a sum of our daily actions through our role as parents.
In this book, I found the best way to divide it into two parts: Part directed to parents, includes practical training to focus on the skills necessary to acquire the "charisma" of each child, and another part directed to the young men and women of tomorrow themselves, where each one is able to do his role well and understands and knows what he is doing now until he acquires most of the skills, with an attached book specially designed to implement many activities for children, and parents must supervise them until they master these exercises.
She provided some very useful tips and practical exercises especially for those working with really young children. If these positive qualities can be inculcated in them at an early stage, there is a greater possibility of them carrying them through. The result will be leaders of a great future for our country.
I believe that if parents were aware of their role in shaping their children's character, we would have a more moral and more charismatic society.
