Cairo Snow

In her novel "The Snow of Cairo," Abdel Rahman tells us the story of a woman, or rather two women, or rather the story of three women: Solay, Nourjahan, and Bushra...three women living in the body of one woman. There are three of them, but they are all one. One woman lives in the present and two pasts inhabit her. Three lives in one present that flounders under the weight of scenes that he recalls from his spiritual memory.
In addition to the philosophical depth in the writing of the novel, the references to ancient Indian and Eastern civilizations with their beliefs and ideas, and the repeated mention of prominent figures of Islamic Sufism, the title of the novel also remains a puzzling puzzle that is difficult to decipher, and is added to the metaphysical vision that distinguishes this novel.
In "Cairo Snow," we learn about the incomplete stories of three women, each of whom completes the other's story, avenges her, and bequeaths to her her skills in art and writing, that is, in culture, just as she inherits her anxiety about the incomplete desire and the unfinished cause.
